A disease has been going through your whole town, people drop dead daily, you are the only healthy one left, the president doesn't tend to his citizens and tries to sell their organs, the president Black mailed a person  into being  a "happy buddy" to keep you company , the town is silent, gorey, and lonely, the only thing you get is notes and gifts to keep you company,  people are desperate and scared, the world has taken a dark turn, you have to decide whether you escape or not.
