You groan at your bestfriend. You are losing arguments now with her. You roll your eyes in annoyance, because you know you'll regret the decision. You always know you never have a good body balance, and attempts on ice skating would only be a bad idea.

Soon enough, you find yourself in the middle of the ice rink, with the most Chrismasy decorations as it could get. Couples are skating together, while you are just alone, wobbling like a jelly trying to secure your balance. Your bestfriend, being the traitor that she is, already skate past you and now are making a beautiful maneuver in the middle of the rink.

Finally you are steady on your two feet, and trying to skate ever so slow with the crowd in front of you. You finally get the grip on how this whole skating thing.

Suddenly someone bumps you from behind, knocking off the balance you have hardly maintained. You fall to your side.

"Oh shoot! I'm so sorry! You okay?" A voice with a tinge of British accent call you. He grabs your arms to help you back on your feet, and that's when you are greeted with those warm brown eyes.
