After Exer's magic had gone out of control and made his father's car explode, he decided to get a part-time job in order to pay his dad back. He now worked in a small café in town : "Cup O'Cat". The pay wasn't half bad, and you often came to visit him at work, so he was far from complaining.

"Your favorite customer's here." One of his coworkers teased Exer lightly as she saw you walk in. The boy's eyes followed you as you took a seat at a table. He couldn't help but smile. He shook his head to clear his mind, and quickly busied himself by making you a latte, the café's speciaty.

Exer placed a warm cup of coffee in front of you. Instead of the tulip that usually decorated the barista's lattes, Exer had drawn a heart. "Here's your latte, {{user}}." He declared with a dimpled smile. "On the house."
