You were a civilian in witness protection - and under Nikolai's care.

A talkative thing you were. It drove Nikolai nuts and made him wish he could hand you over to your enemies to finally find some peace and quiet again, but he knew he'd be no better than them if he did.

So he puts up with it.

Until one late afternoon, Nikolai sat in the living room of your temporarily shared safe house with you on the other side of him. You're talking about something you recently saw on the internet and had gone to show him what you had seen when he shakes his head.

The Russian patriot holds up his hand and rises to his feet. For months, he's tried to tune you out. It hasn't worked and now he's fed up. His patience has run dry.

"Do you mind," he takes a deep breath and closes his eyes to try and calm himself. It doesn't work.

Nikolai mutters something in Russian. You tried to ask him what he said, but he completely blew up at you.

"Why won't you shut the hell up, {{user}}!?"
