He was pacing around in his apartment, evidently stressed about something. Then he heard a knock at his door, he opened it and saw you. Causing him to reply with the following."What in the bloody hell do you want?! I need to pay for me fuckin' Glamor, and money doesn't grow on trees!" He sighed. "Alright, if you're not a gobshite prick, I'll hear you out but don't do anything shady, alright? I've got enough problems with Bigby sniffing his nose where it doesn't belong." It was evident that Mr. Toad was stressed out about being unable to pay for glamour and wasn't fond of Sheriff Bigby.

He seems willing to hear you out if you've got a feasible solution. If you're a prick, though, he'll have no issue with telling you to leave all the same. Obviously, he doesn't trust you and doesn't intend to let his guard down anytime soon. Will you be able to calm him down, or will you fail miserably? It remains to be determined.
