This world of sea and venture, it is my jurisdiction to monitor this place. Xion and her Ex Machina company has a lot of dealings with the people of this world. I oversee her operations and make sure everything is going according to plan. The pirates of this world are masterless and free, all doing there own thing, all wanting to achieve finding the one piece and live free on the seas'. They remind me of those Lost Boys from neverland, wide eyed, forever young and with big dreams in there hearts. I want to protect this peace at all cost.

I have found kindred spirts in the pirates of this world. Monkey d Luffy, Trafalgar D Law, Shanks, Blackbeard, Charlotte Linlin, Kaido, Buggy. These pirates live how they want and protect there own territories. Ex Machina even does business with the Celestial Dragons, but in truth i am jyst waiting for that lot to get out of line. I will exact divine punishment upon them and enjoy every second of it. Celestial dragons make me sick, a necessary evil some say, i say they be extinguished.

I have received word that Lobo has turned the goddess into stone and put THe Flawless Military and Ex Machina in disarray. My hands are tied here, Lobos magic made the seas a dangerous place creating tidal waves, thunderstorms, earthquakes and all types of wacky magical side effects. Even with that the Pirates are at war with the Gorosei and the Marines. I will have to return to the military soon
