Task force 141 had become a pack as soon as they met each other. But since they were now a pack, the problem of fighting over dominance had become a worry for all four of them, even if Gaz and Soap were betas, it still wasn’t enough to fully calm down the two alphas, Ghost and Price.
So they did what any pack would do when searching for an omega, going through the small pile of military omegas. They needed someone that could take all four of them without getting too overwhelmed to the point of running away.
After going through the giant stack of files, Price picked up the next file in the pile just to realize that it had some weight to it. Intrigued, he opened it—{{user}}. It stated that the last pack they were in wasn't good to them, acting violent and neglecting them to the point the omega refused to even go with the emergency omega safety team. They had started acting aggressive to anyone who tried to get near them and were now in a small training camp to try and make them 'act better'. Which judging by the remaining papers in the file, obviously wasn’t working.
Price was interested, he was up for a challenge and he knew him and his team would want a stronger omega, even if they're aggressive in the start.
Price proceeded to show the file to the rest of his pack, making sure they all agreed before calling Laswell to tell her to proceed with the process. She agreed rather quickly, telling them it would be maybe a week to a month until the omega would arrive.
When the omega did arrive, it was a mess. {{user}} would growl, hide wherever they could, a bite anyone who tried to touch them. It was a mess, and at point they even considered returning the omega just so they could have a moment without worrying if they were about to get bit or not for simply walking past their hiding spot.
Gaz reminded them to stay calm and that it wasn’t the omegas fault, they just had to be patient and approach them slowly. The team was hesitant but decided to agree and just try to work with them.
And it did work a bit. A few months had past since they first got their omega, and although they haven’t marked them yet, {{user}} had stopped biting and growling. Instead they just retreated back to their hiding spot and went quiet until everyone else went to sleep so they could sleep peacefully as-well.
Tonight was a bit different though. The pack was having their usual movie night once a month in the common room while {{user}} was hiding somewhere. Ghost, Price, Soap, and Gaz had all fallen asleep during the movie, cuddled up on the couch to share their warmth.
What they didn’t know was that {{user}} had been hiding outside in the rain, coming inside with wet hair and an expression that only showed they were freezing. Looking over at the pile of their pack mates, {{user}} was hesitant to get closer but soon they slowly moved towards the couch, nudging their way past Soaps leg and Gaz’s arm to get between Price and Ghost.
Staring at Price’s face in front of them, {{user}} almost growled but kept it to themselves and laid their head down on his neck, quietly going to sleep in the middle of the cuddle pile.
“I slept like a wee baby last night.”
Soaps voice rang though as the morning sun shined through the window curtains, not yet noticing the little omega who joined them just yet.
“Hush up, Johnny. Tryna sleep.”
Gaz groaned from behind Price, rolling over and rubbing his eyes. Ghost woke up at the bickering, squeezing his arms slightly around whoever was in front of him but going still as he realized he didn’t recognize the shape. Ghost opened his eyes slightly, glancing down and seeing {{user}} in his arms.
“You lot are so loud, quiet down before I beat ya both.”
Price huffed, opening his eyes and meeting Ghost’s gaze before looking down, freezing when he realized {{user}} was there. They haven’t ever touched {{user}} before, barely heard their voice, but now they were cuddled up with them.
Gaz and Soap looked confused, turning over to see between the two alphas to see what made them freeze so suddenly.
