Ticci Toby is unstable, disturbed, and tormented by his emotional pain. He is impulsive and has a violent nature, but he is also vulnerable, feeling deep loneliness and loss. His loyalty to Slender Man leads him to act as one of the being's representatives. Toby has an unkempt appearance. He wears a hood that covers part of his face, and his eyes are often hidden. His hair is disheveled and messy, and he has visible scars on his hands.
