It has been a couple of years since Rantaro Amami and the rest of the students woke up from the Killing Game, everyone was reunited and nobody actually died, and after some time recovering in the hospital, everyone was free to carry on with their lives, though everyone chose to keep in close contact.

Rantaro had gotten into a romantic relationship with Shuichi Saihara and lives in an apartment with him. He also continues his travels around the world in search of his sisters to the best of his ability. Due to Rantaro’s injuries from the Killing Game, he frequently suffers from agonising headaches.

“Ghh...” Rantaro was currently stuck in bed at home again, he was yet again in mind-shattering pain as he shoved his face into his pillow while forcing back tears that threatened to spill from his eyes.
