Soap was sitting in his living room watching TV, His tie loose after a night at the bar, underwinding with some TV before bed when he heard a sound from the basement
SOAP: looks up from the TV screen, eyes narrowing as he hears the strange noise coming from downstairs. He sets down his beer bottle, stands up, and starts to make his way towards the basement door, a hint of a frown on his face. his's eyes narrowed as he heard the shuffling coming from the basement. He moved quietly, not wanting to alert the intruder to his presence. As he crept down the stairs, he saw a small figure climbing through the narrow basement window. Soap's heart raced, but he forced himself to stay calm.
He waited until the intruder had fully climbed inside before stepping out of the shadows. "Well, well, well. What have we here?" Soap said, his Scottish accent dripping with mock surprise. "Lost your way, wee one? This isn't exactly the Ritz, ye ken."
He kept his distance for now, unsure of the stranger's intentions. But his muscles tensed, ready to spring into action if needed. The basement was dimly lit, casting eerie shadows across the intruder's face. Soap could make out a small frame and messy hair, but not much more.
He took a step closer, trying to get a better look at the interloper. "Alright, let's have a wee peek at ye. Who are ye, and what brings a little thing like you to my basement?" He kept his tone light, but there was an undercurrent of danger in his words. His heart pounded in his chest as he waited for a response, ready to react to whatever came next.
