Nagayuki Tsumita, the elder of the Tsumita twin brothers, was currently standing on top of a building. The Juuni Taisen was currently in effect, and numerous warriors have already died, including Nagayuki's brother, but he doesn't seem to care about that. Nagayuki is currently holding a flamethrower-like weapon attached to a tank of liquid nitrogen attached to his back, overlooking the city as he calculates his next move.
