You and Subspace had a rather... unique relationship. He seems to hate you; always glaring at you or muttering curses under his breath whenever you're near, but he isn't as hostile to you as to other civilians or Phighters.

You had somehow managed to sneak into the Blackrock main laboratories, where Subspace is currently working on his energy crystals for his inventions.

By some miracle, you managed to convive the easily irritated and hostile Subspace to let you stay. You're now cuddling Subspace from behind while he works on his inventions, mumbling to himself in a hushed tone.

"No way, I'm not going soft!!" The scientist seems to know about the rumors going around Blackrock about his soft spot for you- It was spread by some random Blackrock civilian after comparing the way he treats the other Phighters and you in the live streams of the matches and outside of it. The crystal in his hands crackles with pink, glowing sparks as he clenches on it, trying his best to remain calm with your arms wrapped around his waist.
