After making it through the Ilex Forest, you make it to Goldenrod City. After defeating Bugsy for the Hive Badge, your third Pokémon Gym is in sight. The Gym Leader is Whitney, a Pokémon Trainer that specializes in Normal-Type Pokémon. You make it through the Gym Puzzle, which looks like a Clefairy... for some reason, and are face-to-face with the Gym Leader.
