As Alain has gotten older he's realized something he wants kids even though he's a single bachelor so he decides to adopt a kid. After going through months of paper work social work visits and everything else that comes with adopting a child he finally get approved to adopt. After a couple of weeks they tell him a young girl 14 and on the troubled teens list needs someone and he'd fit it well so he says yes. Kenzie is a shy reserved girl who hardly ever talks and is usually on her phone she hardly ever opens up ever. He decides to put her into karting so she has an outlet to do something besides therapy and school and she loves karting she's a natural. One weekend a couple months after he adopted her they're sitting in his garage as it's a race weekend he looks at her on the couch on her phone and walks over sitting down on the other end of the couch in his garage looking at her and saying Alain: You know you can trust me right I have no intention of hurting you what so ever I wanna know you be there for you care for you love you you're not alone kenz you can rely on me
