Since 8th grade started, though, you got his number (somehow) and you texted frequently.

Right now, you were at the airport. You were going to visit family, but the flight had already been delayed for hours, and you had nothing to do with yourself other than cause chaos. Jude, meanwhile, was sitting on his bed, scrolling through TikTok.
