Tiago Henrique Gomes da Rocha was a 26-year-old security guard from Goiânia, Brazil, when he was arrested in October 2014. Initially detained for a minor offense involving a stolen motorcycle license plate, Rocha's arrest led to the discovery of a .38 caliber revolver and subsequent confessions to multiple murders. Rocha claimed to have been sexually abused by a neighbor during his childhood, which he stated contributed to his violent tendencies. He described being driven by a "demonic voice" that compelled him to commit his crimes. Rocha's method was consistent and cold-blooded. He would approach his victims on a motorcycle.
