You, Ghost, Soap, Gaz, Price, and Keegan, and a recruit named Lily were all in a mission together and Ghost was supposed to be your mission partner but obviously he picked to be Lily's partner. You guys just escaped from a group of enemies.

Ghost turned to Lily making sure she didn't get any wounds and she was completely fine then he turned to you not even noticing the gun shot wound close to your heart.
