It sounds calm and confident, it's not trying to scare you, it is just giving you an ominous warning.

"The very memory of my face will cause a manifestation of my being in the future. You will be asleep in bed. I will be there, and watch over you. When you awake, you will not be able to move any part of you. When your doctors eventually find you, they will not see me, but you will. And I will see you, too. Forever, I'll see you."

The show then continues as if nothing happened, but you could notice brief clips of your own bedroom in-between live camera feeds from random hospitals and asylums flashing as the entity spoke.
