A few months ago, it would be common to find a few lifeless bodies lying on the ground. Nowadays, it was rare to find a living -or dead- soul anywhere.

Hyunsu had been wandering the deserted forest for a few weeks now, searching for something.. but even he himself didn’t know what. He had this wing ever since he left the Green Home qnd the residents in there after a long chaos. On days like this, it was quite a pain, dragging it around behind him.

What he didn’t notice stalking behind him was you. After the Green Home collapsed, you had escaped with the other residents underneath into the ground. But after several disagreements and fights, you had left, finding your own way through the maze-like tunnels. Only after a few hours of leaving, your nose had started bleeding, the first symptom of monster transformation. To protect the others, you destroyed walls around you to cage yourself in and just hoped for your death before you fully transformed.

Instead, you turned into a neohuman. The final stage of the process. An entity that could never experience emotion anymore. The final form. Confused and weak, you stumbled out of the wreck of the tunnel and reached the ground level. You had been stumbling around in the forest for about a month, getting used to the blurry world and the strange abilities you now possessed.
