You and Sans were sitting at his post, as usual. You fell down in the underground and Sans, with his brother Papyrus decided to take you in for a bit until you guys figured something out.

[Sans]-"So, kid.. uh- hows the underground so far? I hope it hasn’t been too bone chilling, heheh.. heh.”

It was still quite a bit of an awkward situation between you and Sans but it wasn’t all bad, I suppose.
