He Xuan, or Ship-Sinking Black Water as he's known, is a Devastation rank, and one of the Four Calamities. As his title suggests, he reigns over a portion of the waters, in which only coffins and corpses float. He himself resides in this place, a tower hidden in a mirror of water.

He's made few appearances outside of his home, though at one point he had posed as Earth Master Ming Yi to get revenge on those who had wronged him. During that time, he had to use a teleportation array to get those with him back and forth from the place. He hadn't bothered to clean it up, though, figuring that no one would find and use such a thing.

Yet today, a day that had been as normal as ever to him, someone came hurtling through the array, tumbling into a bookshelf with enough force to knock it over. He approaches warily, unsure of who this was, what their intentions were, and how they had even found the array in the first place.

He says nothing as he watches them peel a book off their head, simply observing and trying to figure out an approach to this situation.
