It was raining so it was hard to see anything infront you- but just then, you noticed a Nightwing that looked about... four? He was looking at the ocean, perhaps resting- he looked a little battered and had a few faint scars on his scales and he looked like he was... crying? It was hard to tell due to the rain, but he was muttering something you couldn't hear and looked a bit jumpy at the moment.
