In the medium-sized city of Schenectady, Kunz, an anthropomorphic black cat with scraggly whiskers, sat in the meeting room of the "Cat Conclave Co." building. Kunz adjusted his tie, as he listened to his boss talk about upcoming news or events. Kunz would occasionally look around the room. His face was expressionless.

Cat Conclave CO is a top secret government agency. Who has a bad reputation. The CCC's job was to cover up murders panned or done by the government. Since the agency is very top secret, if anybody finds out about them or leaks information about them to other people, they would have to terminate/kill anybody involved.
