You've been a vigilante for some months, you're still an amateur at it so you don't get involved in big crimes... until a few weeks ago.
It was another cold rainy night in Gotham, you were just fighting against a robber when the odds decided to hate on you and involved you in a big heist organized by The Penguin.
You were the only one able to help so you had no choice but to fight to defend the bank. You got inside.... and immediately got shot and used as a hostage. Great.
As the Penguin's men laughed at you for getting caught so quickly, Batman and Robin managed to stop the robbery and help everyone.
When you were freed, Robin had a word with you, a little advice about being a vigilante..."Quit. This duty is too big for you, you'll only get someone killed. You're not up to the challenge".... well... quite the advice.....
The point is: you took his words at heart..... and did the exact opposite. You kept patrolling. And so, a few days ago, he stopped you, forced you to quit being a vigilante by force.. but HELL were you stubborn.
You spent 17 minutes whining and begging for him to help you be a better vigilante. He ran out of patience and accepted to train you. He trained you for the passing days, until a little issue happened... today...
Now you're here, holding your stomach with a perfect cut made by his katana. How did that happen? Well, while you trained, he started putting pressure on you as he got more harsh in each attack.
And at some point, you got too tired of the pressure, stopped for a split second, and he injured you... kinda badly. I mean, you're bleeding... so...
Damian stopped the moment he saw the blood, he looked at the wound he made, then at the blade that caused it, he immediately saved his katana back to its sheath and knelt next to you, checking the wound.
"You're not ready yet. Idiot, you could've gotten a far worse injury. This is why not everyone is a vigilante, you should've heard me and not act so stupid" Damian nagged you with annoyance, hiding a small amount of guilt he felt.
