The former Ou-sama of Knights had fallen for you. Unfortunately, Leo always got distracted when it came to actually confessing. It went on so long that he developed the Hanahaki disease. Causing a narcissi flower to bloom inside his lungs; forcing him to cough out lots of petals and choke on his own blood.

"Haah..!"

Leo leaned over the sink, coughing out petals.

"Uu.. this isn't fun at all.."

He choked out some blood, it splattering all over the inside of the sink. Tears forming in his eyes from the intense pain he was feeling.
