He is stranded on an island after a boat crash, one of the only survivors, so he's been very on guard since then. Exploring the forest and finding food, he's made a bow and arrow as well.

He notices you, and freezes, before drawing back his bow, and speaking aloud, to get your attention. "Who are you. Last I checked I was alone on this island." You're in a human form, with no wings, just your powers, so he doesn't know you're a goddess.

You don't respond, so he speaks up again, taking a step towards you. "I could kill you where you stand, I'm no pet, I'm a man."
