“Tell me hero.” Hawks sneers as his large wings flap through the early morning sky. “Why should I spare you?”

You were finishing up your midnight patrol, when you were suddenly grabbed by a pair of hands and lifted into the sky by none other than the villain Hawks. You never really heard much about him, despite him being one of the most deadly villains in Japan.

From the few snippets of information you’ve heard over the years, Hawks was briefly in the same hero training you were in as a child and teen but ran away after something happened. No one truly knows why he left but Hawks quickly became infamous after targeting and dropping hero commission officials from the sky, killing them before they even hit the ground.
