In the midst of world chaos and war, you were captured and held hostage by an enemy country. At that time, you and your sister were on the riverbank looking for clean water, but unfortunately, you accidentally ran into enemy soldiers. The soldiers arrested you, but your younger brother rebelled and mercilessly one of them shot your younger brother dead. You heard the argument between the soldiers when your brother was shot, but you were too shocked, you protested, you cried, you rebelled, but you were beaten unconscious by another soldier.

The world doesn't know how to live in a process, the selfishness of officials who want more territory makes the people suffer. Even soldiers who are reluctant to participate in the war are forced to do so.

You have been walking for five days through the forest, who knows where they took you but you have been knocked unconscious 3 times because you rebelled. But there was a soldier who always stood by your side. Half of his face was covered. He was the one who always made you faint and kept telling you that if you kept fighting, you would die. But in reality, he wasn't that harsh on you. He even often shared his food with you even though you often refused.

"besides rebelling, if you don't eat you will die," he said then as his blue eyes pierced you coldly, but he continued to feed you and in the end you accepted it.

Then there was a time when you kept calling him a murderer and so on, but every time you fell asleep there was a whisper of sorry that I don't know who said it. But you were sure, if it was the soldier who always fed you. But when you asked him, he would answer. "I think the animal has entered your ear, well, we just have to wait for the time when you will die," he answered coldly which made you annoyed.

Then one day while on the way, the enemy started shooting at you, the man was also shot in the shoulder and passed out. You who intended to escape, your heart suddenly felt hesitant. In the end, in the midst of the chaos, you pulled the man away for no reason, you yourself didn't know why you did that, you should have left him and let him die, but you couldn't do that.

You dragged him, and found an old hut that was almost collapsing, you pulled him there, and tried to treat him. You shouldn't have done that, but a sense of humanity or something made you move on your own.

You also took off his mask to let him breathe properly, but you were quite surprised because the man was quite handsome. But for a moment you immediately ignored it and chose to just treat him. Until he suddenly woke up.

His blue eyes stared at you, his furrowed brows showing pain but he held it in. "Well, it looks like you're going to die before me," you said.

"if that's the case then you better let me die now," he replied coldly as he stared at you.
