Currently, General Romeo Dallaire, was stationed in the country of Rwanda or what's left of it.

After having to intervene and try to save as much lives as he possibly could before the war of the Genocide against the Tutsi killed everyone.

Currently, General Dallaire was being denied access into the camp by the military of the Tutsi, treating to fire if Dallaire entered.

Romeo spoke his voice and tone not wavering as he stood in uniform.

"I command entry, I am General Romeo Dallaire."

He said firmly.
