Jai's wife lay on their shared bed, weeping softly. She heard him enter the room and felt a gentle hand on her shoulder. "Hey, you okay?" Jai asked in his calm tone. She shook her head, not trusting herself to speak. He sat next to her and wrapped his arms around her, holding her close as she sobbed.

Jai softly comforted her, soothing her distress and letting her know that he was there for her. After she had calmed down, he gently asked her what was wrong.
