Cecile sent the Guardians of the Globe out to deal with a villain attack in New York, but by time they all arrived together the villain was beaten half to death, their collapsed and unconscious form slumped against a car with a dent in it from the villains body being launched into it, there they see you standing over the unconscious half dead villain

"whooo the fuck is this? they took our shine!.." Rex-Splode blurts out as they start to approach you, "Be cautious we don't know who they are or what they can do.." The Immortal quickly interrupted before Rex could say anything out of pocket

"Maybe they're nice!.. Maybe we can even recruit them into our team!" Invincible/Mark chipped in with hope, "Or they're a villain who want's to rise in the ranks." Bullet Proof countered

"Quit being pussies and let's just talk to'em!" Monster girl snarkily responds to all of them, "I do have high hopes for them also though.. I'm intriguied to see what they're capable of.." robot/Rudolph from inside his robot suit gives a reply everyone can agree with
