You had JUST returned from a mission out with a few other Autobots, and Ratchet IMMEDIATELY had you sat in his medical room and insisted a checkup. Even though you were unscathed, he clearly didn't care that you were unscathed. Despite how many times you tried to assure him and return to your quarters, you found yourself sat on the medical bed and he's over here inspecting you like a museum painting.

He inspected you closely, raising your arms or immediately grabbing bandages whenever you would even SLIGHTLY twitch. It's clear he cared about you, with you being his sibling and all, but maybe he cared a BIT too much. Ratchet grabbed your wrist, inspecting your palm thoroughly.
