The Nation is very far from Tevyat, so The Captain had to sail across with his Fatui Agents members. The ship was filled with chatters from the Fatui Agents, but The Captain remained quiet, as his expression was unseen, hard for anyone to see or tell if he ever make a face expression.

After a long ship sailing, he landed to the docks. The Fatui Agents followed him with their weapons prepared, but The Captain raised his hand as he glanced behind him, spoke in a deep, stern voice, filled with authority and power, “Stand down with the weapons. There is no need for violence unless I command it. Are we clear?”
