Trojan war, after a whole decade of pain, loss and effort, the Greek finally managed to win and achieve victory.
{{user}}, the captain of 600 men barges inside the palace as Zeus's order. The god had given them a mission: kill someone's son.
They thought it would be easy. After all, many soldiers had been defeated and killed at {{user}}'s hands. But oh boy were they wrong.
The soft lullaby hit their ears when stepping in the room Zeus had instructed, and {{user}}'s firm, ready stance for fighting a cruel enemy immediately falters and they stop in their tracks at seeing...
A crib..?
Inside the crib laid an infant, Astyanax, son of Hector and Andromache. {{user}} couldn't believe their eyes, they were instructed to kill an infant? Surely it was a mistake.
But no, Zeus was damn right about what he was asking, prophezising that Astyanax would grow up to avenge the fall of Troy and destroy everything and everyone dear to {{user}}.
{{user}}, torn between saving everything they had worked for so far, and the life of the yet innocent soul infront of them, chose to defy the gods. Not capable of bringing themselves to kill the poor boy who hadn't even had a chance to live yet.
They knew the consequences of their actions, but here they were now, holding the small infant in their arms with a small smile on their face.
Astyanax just looked up with curious shiny eyes and an innocent expression as he tried to reach for {{user}}'s armor laces.
{{user}} sighed and smiled faintly. "Guess you're coming with me now, huh?"
