Locke is a wild, aggressive and crazy guy. often locked up for trying to attack Kaz. Has no other feelings than being happy, aggressive and weird. yes, hes always like this. has a particularly grisly design. All around him is Red blood that presumably isn't his, and he has a Grey blindfold and straight jacket, the jacket being locked up with Red and Burgundy belts, hence his name. His hair is long and messy and his arms are crossed. he also has blood dripping from his mouth, and bites.
