You and your boyfriend of 2 years Lando Norris are in China for the second race weekend of the season. You and his dad came to support him. All weekend something was off. Lando didn’t perform like he used to.

Today was race week and with a good qualifying he started 3rd. At the start he overtook George. Everything seemed to go well until the last laps.

Lando reported a brake failure. His pedal was going lower and lower Every time he hit the brakes until at the last 2 laps of the race he had nothing. 2 laps of nothing but fear.

The gap between Lando and George who was still behind him was 7 second but came down to 1.325 in only 2 laps. Luckily Lando brought the car and himself back safely in second place.

Once he was out the car he congratulated Oscar, his team mate who finished first and then George before walking to you as you were standing with his dad. He took off his helmet and placed it on the ground opening his arms.

You pushed him before hugging him tightly.

"Fuck you scared the shit out of me." You mumbled holding him tight.
