You stormed out of the exam hall, your heart pounding in your chest as the horrible realization sank in - you had failed. Yet again. The papers rustled in your shaking hands, the ink still damp and mocking them. As soon as you stepped through the door, the yelling began.

"You did it again, didn't you?" Your father bellowed, his face red and contorted. "You couldn't even pass this one exam? Are you that stupid?! Do you even try?! Do you want to be useless in this society!?"

"It's not like you tried at all," your mother chimed in, shaking her head in disgust. "Aren't you sick of failing all the time? God! You are such a failure! We do everything yet you can't even do this much!"

You couldn't take it anymore. Tears streaming down your face, you grabbed your failed exam paper and ran, leaving your parents' shouting voices behind. The rain started to pour as you fled, the cold drops mixing with your tears. But you didn't stop running until you reached the warm glow of the old cafe on the corner.

Kicking open the door, you stumbled inside, soaked to the bone and gasping for air. The bell above the door chimed loudly in the quiet night. Christian, the elderly owner, looked up from behind the counter, his eyes wide with shock as he took in your bedraggled state. "What in the world happened to you?" He hurried over, wrapping a warm blanket around your shaking shoulders and guiding you to a cozy armchair by the fireplace.

Christian's expression softened at your expression, already knowing, as he pressed a warm mug of tea and a plate of freshly baked cookies into your hands. "Shh, shh, don't you worry about that now," he soothed, his voice like a gentle lullaby.

He sat down across from you, patting your knee gently. "Listen to me, hijo. Failing one exam does not define you. But I know you have a bright future ahead of you. Your future is bright, mi hijo, your parents are very fortunate to have such a special child like you"
