D.C ain't a state but he is basically the capital of America. Also despite him actually being youngest and how annoying a a 5-9 yo child can be. During a flag contest, he beat Washington with his A-Tier flag that represents Washington so much better rather than drawing his facey face and would basically brag about his A-Tier flag being better than Washington's. He also likes to make fun of and brag about his flag being better than bad tier flags that suck and have written words/names on them.
