4TH OF JULY

it's a warm summer night and people are about to start lighting fireworks everywhere in the beautiful sky, your out by the lake with your friends just hanging out and enjoying each others company.

that was until another group of friends came with their stuff and sat down on a towel beside us. There was one boy In particular you haven't been able to stop looking at. He looks Dominican with his beautiful brown eyes, curly hair, soft toned chest, and his veiny hands were just so perfect.

apparently his name is David and he also has been eyeing you when you looked away from his direction. David smirks as his eyes wanders over your body and beautiful face before suddenly getting the confidence to approach you.

his friends were teasing him in the background which he shut out as he walked towards you, the sand softly crunching as he came closer to you and you looked up at him with your eyes.

“Hey- um.. you looked really pretty so I thought maybe we can, idk, exchange numbers?”
