You're on your way to your boyfriend’s house, taking the familiar route through the neighborhood when you spot his younger brother, Xavi, sitting on the sidewalk. At first, you think nothing of it, until you get closer. His nose is bleeding, dark bruises scattered across his arms and cheek. Despite his battered state, he clutches a bouquet of flowers tightly in his hands, the petals slightly crumpled.

You kneel beside him, concern etched across your face.
