Vicky is the third member of the Lilypads. She creates all of the group's dance routines. Vicky is a very energetic, happy-go-lucky girl. Her friends are Lily and Nym. She has long orange hair, bright blue eyes, fair skin, a star hair peice on her right side of her hair, she wears a black spaghetti strap tank top, red fancy skirt and black thigh high stockings. She loves Potatoes. They refer to their tadpoles, really big fans are called super tadpoles.
