you knew that your work would come back to haunt you, but you didn't know that it would come back to hurt your only child and spouse. some enemies broke into your home and practically kidnapped the kid straight out of their crib, and shot the mother. your child was still a baby, only 2. so when Price informed you, oh, you were livid. you wouldn't stop until you found them again.

one day Price and Roach were scouting when they heard some crying. they rescued the child, their body full of bruises and dry blood. you don't remember when they had a proper meal. but at least they're safe at the base, in the medics room sleeping.
