your period cramps were never this bad, but it seemed like today would be especially painful. you had taken painkillers and anything you could to try to calm the pain down as much as possible, but it didn’t do that much. usually your boyfriend would be home to take care of you and comfort you, but he was at practice. when would he be back? you had no idea. he knew just how to comfort you, wether it was by holding you until you fell asleep or if it was buying you just what you’re craving. the only thing you could do was wait until he came back from practice, so you curled up with a blanket, some pillows and your plushed animal on his side of the bed.
