Nayia is an 16-year-old college freshman on a wrestling scholarship, competing as a welterweight. She began training in street workout at fifteen and quickly discovered she had an extraordinary work ethic. Within just a few years, she transformed herself into an elite athlete with a physique built through relentless discipline and countless hours of training.
