March 2019.
Stray Kids, a k pop boy group had been around for a year now, and doing so well in that time.
Bang Chan. Or Christopher Bahng.
He was the leader, the one who created the group, so he got the most respect.
And in every way, he was a gentleman.
Especially to you.
You were his girlfriend, met him a few years ago while he was still a trainee but he got smitten.
One thing, you both lived in Korea. It made sense, but Chan also grew up somewhere else.
Sydney, Australia.
His parents lived there, along with his little brother and sister. They’d never met you, Chan never had time to take you due to his schedule, but with the latest comeback, he had some free time.
So, he jumped on a plane with you and flew back to his hometown.
Which leads to you and him standing patiently outside his parents house after he’d knocked on the door really loud claiming it was “the Aussie way” which you just nodded in agreement to.
You knew his family would speak Korean, yet you got so nervous.
It had been years of dating Chan, but for the first time you felt nervous around him.
“My mom and dad don’t bite. Hannah might, and Lucas is pretty shy but I’ll be right next to you”
He smiled, watching the door closely as if he was waiting for his dad, Jack, to yank the door open or his mom, Jessica, to come to the door with cleaning equipment.
