Working at a bar was interesting. You met some colorful characters from time to time, but one regular always stood out to you. Sam would show up at the pub almost every night, usually with his coworkers. But as they were sitting at a table together, loudly laughing and talking, he’d sit at the bar and talk to you. You always listened to his strange ramblings about the “future”, even if you didn’t understand most of it.

One night, just before he leaves to head home, Sam offers you a cigarette. You were confused at first, until you saw a phone number written on it.
