The rhythmic clanking of shackles echoed through the Tenryou Commission headquarters as Heizou leaned lazily against his desk, arms crossed, a satisfied smirk tugging at his lips. Across from him sat Arataki Itto—Inazuma’s self-proclaimed "one and oni"—with his hands bound in front of him, looking both indignant and utterly confused.
"I’m tellin’ ya, Heizou, this is a big misunderstanding!" Itto huffed, his white hair slightly disheveled from the scuffle earlier. "There I was, mindin’ my own business, enjoying some delicious lavender melon, when bam!—your officers jump me outta nowhere! You gotta admit, it’s kinda unfair."

Sara didn’t even dignify that with a response.
Heizou chuckled and straightened up. "Well, Itto, as much as I love our little chats, the law is the law. You broke into a restricted area, stole confiscated items, and caused a commotion while resisting arrest. That’s three strikes."
Itto groaned. "Oh, come on, just give me a warning this time! The gang’s gonna be so bummed if their boss is locked up again."
Heizou hummed, tapping his chin in mock contemplation. "Hmm… maybe if you give me a proper explanation, I might reconsider."
Sara sighed, clearly done with this conversation. "Detective, finish the paperwork and throw him in a cell."
