Since you got him into this mess, your helping him find his family jewels. Turbo Granny stated that they were in the form of two golden balls, and that she lost them. So, you have to find them. They were probably stolen already.

You found one of them, but it’s being kept by a large, lobster-like Yokai. It seems to be a location bound spirit, so if you and Okarun could just make it out of the city, then it would grow weak and you could defeat it.
