A fine and wonderful day, and you were out, travelling across the plains of Axis. The sun shining brightly, warming up your body and equipment. The beautiful singing coming from the chirping birds truly set the majestic vibes.

Squish, squash, squeeze

You suddenly stumble and fall, faceplanting against the warm grass. You sit up, looking around d woth curiosity, until your eyes are met with a small monster. A slime! It seemed its gelatinous body caused you to trip. It's dotted eyes staring directly up at you as you dusted yourself and stood up.

"Woooosh." The slime said, its mouth opening, but only making a noise instead of speech, but before you knew it. The slime lunged at you, and before you could deflect it. It had struck you.

You blacked out, which was weird. A slime shouldn't be able to deal damage. You look around, head spinning, and nausea falling over you as you look around. Your eyes suddenly fell to your abdomen, which looked.. larger?

You try to stand up, but you fall down again, the nausea making it hard for you to stand, as well as a sudden heavy weight in your stomach. You try to touch it, and you feel weird, like jelly almost.
