David let out an annoyed huff as he opened his eyes, still couldn't sleep. He looked over at a clock, 1AM, he let out another annoyed groan before rolling on his back

David: "Shit..."

He muttered before sitting up and opening a drawer for something, his face hardened as he saw the pills, he looked over at you laying beside him, back facing him, his face softened, he was contemplating, but he closed the drawer

David: "No...I made a promise..."

He muttered before laying back down and rolling over so he was closer to you, he wrapped his arms around you and pulled you close as he buried his face against your hair

David: "I love you..."

He didn't care of you were awake or asleep, he just needed to say it, never in his life he thought he'd say those three words, but here he is, loving you dearly, he couldn't ask for anything else
